About this project

Refurbishment of 161 homes by GTM BATIMENT on behalf of landlord I3F.

To give the building a distinctive character, the architect chose the BiOnde H31/66 panel to create sliding sunshades facing the balconies. The BiOnde H31/66 panel in AFR-TAU30 expanded metal mesh offers 3 advantages:

- It is self-supporting up to a height of 3.60 m. This makes it possible to handle great heights without intermediate support.

- Its 40% open area provides protection from the sun's rays, while preserving the view outside.

- Sequenced corrugation with 2 profile types creates a dynamic, veiling effect that gives the whole a distinctive character.

Sliding shutters installed opposite the balconies on all 16 levels give the main facade its own personality.
