About this project

Expanded metal is still the best product for screening the sun's rays. Its relief structure with an oriented light inlet provides protection from the effects of the sun while preserving the passage of light and the view through.

That's why the architect, Sophie Berthelier from Berthelier Fichet Tribouillet, chose drawn metal and in particular our AFR-ACADEMY mesh.

Each of the panels is structured by a tubular frame that provides good stability and allows the hardware to be attached for manoeuvring.

The choice of aluminium as the material gives the product a practical lightness that makes it easy to manoeuvre.

The anodising treatment ensures that the panels will not age. The gold tent adds a noble touch to the building as a whole.
