Corrugated and ribbed panels

The relief not only gives the sheet a particular character and aesthetic dimension, but also a mechanical advantage. Indeed, the geometry of a corrugated or ribbed sheet gives it greater bending inertia, and therefore improved mechanical behaviour.
We offer the AFR-ITL range of corrugated sheets (linear or herringbone corrugations), which can be used for cladding or horizontal surfaces (ceilings) with relatively large spans without significant deflection. To handle surfaces with even greater spans, we offer the
AFR-PREMIUM range, which includes BiOnde H31-66 panels (wind-tested for spans of up to 3600 mm vertically without intermediate support). We also offer custom-made ribbed panels up to 6000 mm long.
The choice of these products means that surfaces can be treated with a minimum of joints and a less dense load-bearing structure. This is aesthetically and economically beneficial.
These panels can be made from perforated or solid sheet metal, mainly aluminium.
