The concept

The ALINEO panel has been designed to meet a number of constraints, namely :

- to obtain a large panel that can be laid horizontally without significant deflection

- to produce a sheet with a void percentage of up to 80

- to produce a rendering of the material despite the void

Expanded metal profiles folded into a 50 x 50 x 50 mm U-shape, spaced 50 mm apart, are welded to cross-members to form the sheet.

Very large sheets of up to 1.5 m x 3 m can be produced.

The ALINEO sheet is the ideal solution for creating a false ceiling in a shopping mall.
